The price of oil rose Wednesday with investors focusing on upbeat news about the U.S. economy.
Here's how energy contracts traded.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange:
Crude rose 32 cents to end at $92.51 per barrel.
Gasoline was virtually flat, finishing at $2.6272 per gallon.
Heating oil fell 3.72 cents to end at $3.0007 per gallon.
Natural gas lost 3.2 cents to finish at $3.749 per 1,000 cubic feet.
On the ICE Futures exchange:
Brent crude lost 20 cents to end at $109.34 per barrel.
